The machinery and plant engineers Vits Technology and IFA Technology, offer coordinated process technology in surface converting from a single source: impregnation and coating lines as well as systems for resin production and preparation.
Wessel-Umwelttechnik, Eisenmann Environmental Technology and Oschatz Power build systems for exhaust air purification and energy recovery, water purification and wastewater treatment, thermal waste disposal with recycling as well as ammunition disposal and chemical weapons destruction.
Sustainability is also one of our main concerns. Energy-efficient, environmental systems and plants are becoming increasingly important in the era of climate protection. During the process of coating and painting, potentially environmentally harmful substances are formed. Our scrubbing or thermal oxidation systems guarantee that these substances are removed from exhaust air.
Our specific focus is on energy recovery: heat contained in exhaust air is not released into the atmosphere but can be reused in the production process. Exhaust air purification and environmental technologies represent the integral part of our product offer.
Laminate has a great deal of potential, either as a furniture and flooring surface or as an architectural element for insulation and façade construction. If required as weather-resistant, scratch-resistant, high-gloss, silk-mat or structured – laminate is a material with aesthetic appeal. Benefitting from new techniques, such as digital printing or registered embossing, it allows more creativity in interior design and architecture.
We are the specialist for surface technologies and when it comes to laminate production. Our plants and machineries manufacture your end products: laminate flooring, furniture surfaces, finish foil, work tops, compact boards, filter papers, masking tapes and many others.
Weighing, mixing and dosing systems from the Deurotech Group are designed for a wide variety of applications for the preparation of liquid media, but also for media with solids or pure bulk goods. Resins or adhesives can be mixed or building materials and chemicals can be produced.
The spectrum ranges from standard systems to individual comfort solutions. Compact systems are completely ready-to-use, preassembled systems that are designed for shipping in trucks or containers. They can be shipped and put into operation without any further effort.
